Deputy Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Reports To:
Director FP&A / Head of Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Deputy Manager – FP&A
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proven expertise in financial planning and analysis. This role will play a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the FP&A Manager in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to provide insights into business performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis, identify key drivers, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Provide insights into revenue, cost, and profitability trends to support business strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with financial outcomes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key financial and operational metrics.
  • Leverage ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI to streamline reporting and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of automation and process improvements in FP&A.

Requirements

  • Professional Qualification: ACCA, CA, or equivalent financial qualification (mandatory).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • ERP experience is mandatory (Odoo experience will be given preference).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial data into business insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
