Role Description

We are looking for a Client Success & Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Karachi. This role combines sales, client engagement, and customer support responsibilities. The individual will focus on generating leads, managing client relationships, building a strong sales pipeline, following up on opportunities, and providing personalized customer service.

This is a night-shift role, offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. You will be contributing directly to the company's revenue and growth goals while representing QTF Digital Solutions professionally to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development
  • Strong command of English (verbal & written)
  • Experience in customer service to ensure outstanding client satisfaction
  • Ability to manage client accounts and nurture long-term relationships
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently during night shifts in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in digital services, telecom, or online client engagement is a plus
