Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Engineer specializing in SolarWinds support. The position is located in Karachi. The IT Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing software development tasks, and utilizing analytical skills to solve complex IT problems. Daily tasks will include monitoring and managing the SolarWinds infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and addressing any technical challenges that arise.

Qualifications

  • Strong Information Technology and Software Development skills
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or related fields are a plus
  • IT Engineering or Computer Science Graduation(or relevant) is
    must.
