Job Title: Creative Performance Team Lead

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore (Office-Based)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Team Lead
to oversee and guide our media buyers, graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers. This is a
high-impact leadership role
where you'll be responsible for ensuring our clients consistently receive outstanding results and top-quality creative performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team (media buyers, designers, editors, social media managers).
  • Evaluate ad creatives and campaigns to determine which will perform and optimize accordingly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns while maintaining top-notch quality standards.
  • Provide training, feedback, and direction to elevate team performance.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to align strategy, performance, and growth objectives.
  • Maintain a results-first mindset with accountability for client satisfaction and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in digital marketing teams, preferably with clients in the
    North American market
    .
  • Deep understanding of paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), social platforms, and creative performance drivers.
  • Strong eye for what makes high-performing ads (hooks, visuals, copy, trends).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with precision and quality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and upskill team members.
  • Must thrive under pressure—this role is demanding and requires resilience and confidence.
