Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with extensive hands-on experience in Paid Media Advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, confident in handling client meetings with U.S.-based clients, and possess a deep understanding of ROI, ROAS, CAPI implementation, and CRM automation using platforms like Go High Level, HubSpot, Buffer, or similar tools.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
Implement and manage CAPI, Pixel Tracking, and Conversion Tracking integrations.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and Funnel Conversion.
Build data visualization dashboards using Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for client reporting.
Manage and automate client workflows using CRM platforms like Go High Level, HubSpot, Buffer, or similar.
Set up automated lead nurturing sequences, pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Lead and attend meetings with American clients, presenting insights, performance breakdowns, and scaling strategies.
Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing assets with campaign goals.
Conduct market trend and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Track budgets and manage media spend to ensure maximum ROI per channel.
Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, tracking technology, and automation tools.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Paid Media Buying (Meta, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center).
Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, Funnel Optimization, ROI/ROAS strategies.
Hands-on experience with CAPI setup, tracking pixels, and advanced conversion tracking.
Proficiency in CRM & Marketing Automation Tools such as Go High Level, HubSpot, Buffer, or similar.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal—comfortable leading client-facing meetings with U.S. clients.
Ability to create and present data-driven reports and dashboards.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and optimization logic.
Must be comfortable working on-site during 7 PM – 4 AM PKT.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
