Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi

Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (PST)

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing our finance and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post all invoices into Xero accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update customer account records
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations
  • Support shipping-related tasks and maintain shipping invoices
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounting, finance, or operations support
  • Hands-on experience with Xero (or similar accounting software) is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
