Job Description:

We are looking for a professional, well-organized, and trustworthy Personal Staff Officer (PSO) / Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior management in daily operations and executive tasks. The candidate must be proactive, well-presented, and capable of managing confidential matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as required.
  • Assist in both business and personal tasks for management.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a similar position (PSO / PA / Secretary).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Urdu.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Presentable and disciplined personality.

Additional Details:

  • Must be flexible with working hours and available for occasional travel.
  • Preference for candidates with corporate or executive office experience.
