Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Gujranwala. The Relationship Officer will work on building and maintaining business relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include promoting and selling insurance products, identifying and addressing customer needs, and communicating effectively to explain policies and benefits. The role also involves coordination with finance departments, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
