About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive growth for our IT services business. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital marketing strategy, team leadership, and hands-on knowledge of advanced tools and platforms. This role demands both creativity and analytical acumen, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads, increasing sales, and strengthening our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to IT services.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the digital marketing team to achieve set business goals.
  • Create innovative campaigns to boost brand visibility, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms for B2B marketing, client acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Drive digital PR outreach efforts and oversee conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Provide guidance on SEO (technical, local, and on-page) to improve search rankings.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture client relationships and support business development.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and continuously propose new ideas to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of professional digital marketing experience, preferably with IT services companies.
  • Strong track record of building and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Certified Google Product Specialist (GA4, Merchant Center, Looker Studio, Search Console, GTM).
  • Proven expertise in SEO, CRO, PR outreach, and email marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for onsite work.

Preferred:

  • Experience in international B2B markets and services-based project delivery.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise-level marketing strategies.
