We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to support our Senior Accountant in managing daily finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a global outsourcing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and statements.
  • Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with client and company standards.
  • Use advanced Excel functions to analyze data, prepare reports, and support client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and international clients to resolve queries.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure the timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Bachelors in Accounting & Finance.
  • Prior experience in accounting/finance roles; BPO or shared services experience is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, reporting).
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn under the supervision of the Senior Accountant.
  • Comfortable with night shifts (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
