Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Lahore. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves preparing and analyzing reports, collaborating with internal teams on budget planning, and supporting audits.

Requirements

  • B.COM / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Min 3 Years of Experience
  • Prepare Daily funds position reports
  • Prepare daily bank reconciliation report
  • Sales invoice booking in SAP
  • Prepare payment voucher regarding import duties, bank transfer & suppliers payments
  • Booking of GRN in SAP & A/P invoice
  • Posting of monthly JVs in SAP
  • Bookkeeping and financial accounting skills
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Collaborative skills for working with internal teams on budget planning
  • Experience supporting audits and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus
