Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Lahore. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, establish and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing client accounts and customer relationships
  • Strong skills in developing sales strategies and identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and prepare sales reports
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the tech industry is a plus
