What You'll Do

  • Work side by side to drive strategy and execution

  • Translate big ideas into actionable, measurable outcomes

  • Build new systems, processes, and even teams when needed

  • Take ownership of company-wide initiatives and ensure results

  • Be a trusted partner, representing directives with clarity and authority

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years in strategy, operations, or business leadership

  • A proven track record of execution and team building

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to take ownership

  • MBA or equivalent preferred
