Company Description
ChildLife Foundation manages 14 state-of-the-art children's Emergency Rooms (ER) and over 300 Telemedicine Satellite Centers across Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab, and Northern Pakistan. Treating over 2 million children annually at more than 300 public sector hospitals, ChildLife is committed to reducing the child mortality rate. The organization aims to make quality emergency care accessible to children across Pakistan, free of cost and available 24/7.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 02 years of relevant HR experience
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage training & development programs
Assist in annual performance management process
Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys
Organize cultural and employee well-being activities
