Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in the Karachi East District. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating training programs, and ensuring a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with departments to implement strategic HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Proficiency in HR software, employee benefits management, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies effectively.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Prior HR management experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices in Pakistan.
