Job Opening: Marketing Automation Specialist

We're seeking an experienced
Marketing Automation Specialist
to help design, implement, and document multi-step workflows that connect our newsletters, blogs, social media, and workshops. The role requires expertise in
Kajabi, Zapier, Mailchimp, and Canva
to streamline our content and campaigns.

Our goal is simple: create an automated system where
newsletter → blog → social posts → workshop sign-ups
flow seamlessly.

Scope of Work

You'll be responsible for setting up and documenting the following workflows:

Workflow 1: Monthly Newsletter

  • Trigger:
    1st of each month → newsletter published in Mailchimp
  • Actions:
  • Curate content (articles, events, insights), finalize copy/design in Mailchimp
  • Segment audience (clients, clinicians, referral partners)
  • Send newsletter + log metrics (open rate, CTR)
  • Optional:
    Use AI for blog teasers & Canva headers
  • Reporting:
    Mailchimp analytics + Google Sheet summary

Workflow 2: Blog + Social Content

  • Trigger:
    Newsletter launch → initiates blog/social sequence
  • Actions:
  • Week 1: Publish Blog #1 on Kajabi → schedule LinkedIn/Instagram + Google Business update
  • Week 2: Publish Blog #2 → generate social posts & Google Business post
  • Tag workshop-related blogs → trigger nurture email
  • Optional:
    AI-generated captions + Canva image suggestions
  • Reporting:
    Blog views, social engagement, CTR logged weekly

Workflow 3: Workshop Campaign

  • Trigger:
    End of Week 2 → workshop announcement published
  • Actions:
  • Draft/send Mailchimp workshop email (segmented lists)
  • Post on social media (2 posts over 7–10 days)
  • Create Google Business post
  • Send reminder email 48 hours before workshop
  • Reporting:
    Registrations, CTR, open rates, and engagement metrics
