Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth across our healthcare initiatives, including patient engagement platforms, telemedicine products, and clinical project rollouts. Operating under a Build-Operate-Transfer-Grow model, this role demands a deep understanding of healthcare audiences, regulatory nuances, and performance-driven marketing across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managed paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Built strategic campaign structures: prospecting, retargeting, and lookalikes.
  • Created ad copy and selected creatives aligned with objectives.
  • Ran A/B tests to optimize ads and audience targeting.
  • Adjusted targeting using demographics, interests, and custom audiences.
  • Developed strategies aligned with business goals and defined key KPIs.
  • Allocated budgets across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Conducted competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
  • Monitored performance and executed data-driven optimizations.
  • Built dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Set up conversion tracking via Pixels, UTMs, and Tag Manager.
  • Analyzed funnel performance and identified drop-off points.
  • Collaborated on landing page design and CRO testing.
  • Implemented email flows and retargeting for retention.
  • Coordinated with creative, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Maintained strong ROAS and met performance targets.
  • Explored new platforms and trained team members.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong command of digital platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Experience with email marketing experience as well.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing campaigns for food and beverage brands, focusing on seasonal promotions, product launches, and audience engagement across paid media channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.

Preferred Experience

  • Maintaining strong ROAS and hitting monthly/quarterly performance targets.
  • Testing and adopting
    new ad platforms/tools
    for growth opportunities.
