About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist with proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Amazon Account Management, E-Commerce Operations, and Customer Support. This is a multi-dimensional role where you will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns, optimizing e-commerce channels, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independently driving growth across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-driven paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central operations including listings, PPC campaigns, inventory, and review management.
  • Improve product visibility and sales through keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across e-commerce marketplaces and online stores.
  • Collaborate with design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure a smooth business workflow.
  • Handle customer support via email, chat, and phone while maintaining professional and timely communication.
  • Safeguard brand reputation through proactive issue resolution and escalation management.
  • Develop and maintain reports/dashboards on marketing performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.
  • Align marketing, sales, and business objectives in close coordination with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on
    experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central (listings, PPC, FBA, and compliance).
  • Solid knowledge of E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
  • Experience in customer support operations (email/chat/phone) with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple verticals independently.

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month

Location: Lahore, Faisal Town

Work Days: Monday to Saturday
