Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Manager, located on-site in Lahore. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing, generating leads, analyzing web data, and implementing overall digital marketing strategies. This role involves daily coordination with teams to develop and execute marketing plans designed to drive growth and success.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or an MBA is preferable.
  • Conduct lead generation for Digiwrens and other client accounts.
  • Handle the client relationship on an everyday basis, including meetings, follow-up, feedback, and other sessions.
  • Allocate and work with the internal design team to produce quality work.
  • Develop and initiate content calendars for various clients belonging to different sectors.
  • Help support company growth through proposal writing and marketing bid submissions (this is an advantage for us).
  • Work with the Chief Executive Officer to plan, implement, and ensure follow-up for all marketing work.
  • Perform the necessary market research and competitive analysis needed to build informed plans.
  • Create, develop, and manage the social media accounts for Digiwrens and the clients to ensure the desired level of social visibility.
  • Supervise the content strategy, creative writing, and campaign management across a variety of marketing channels.
  • Evaluate the performance of the marketing campaigns and prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage as needed campaigns for paid advertisement (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc).
  • Work with other teams (design, developers, and SEO) to maintain consistent brand messaging.

Timing: 12pm to 8pm

6 Days a week (Alternative Saturday would be Remote)

Location: Iqbal Town

Salary: 80k to 90k
