The Opportunity

Ready to turn millions of pages of financial data into actionable insights? We're looking for a Data Analyst who will help us build the analytical brain of our platform, working with 3+ million pages of finance domain data to create meaningful analytics for our customers.

This isn't just number crunching - you'll be building the foundation for financial analytics that help CFOs make better decisions about their cash flow cycles. You'll work directly with our CTO and AI team to transform raw financial data into beautiful, insightful dashboards and predictive models.

Your Day-to-Day

Data Analysis & Insights (40%)
:

• Analyze massive datasets of financial documents to extract meaningful patterns
• Clean, normalize, and structure complex financial data for analysis
• Develop forecasting models for cash flow optimization
• Create data-driven recommendations for product improvements

Analytics Product Development (35%)
:

• Work with CTO to design and implement customer-facing analytics dashboards
• Collaborate with Product Manager to define analytics requirements
• Transform technical analysis into user-friendly visualizations
• Build recommendation engines and trend analysis for customer insights

Cross-functional Collaboration (25%)
:

• Partner closely with AI team members on technical implementation
• Work with Product Manager to understand customer analytics needs
• Collaborate with CTO on UI/UX design for analytics features
• Provide insights to support sales and customer success teams

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Technical background in Computer Science, AI, or Data Engineering
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleaning and normalization
• Experience with data visualization and creating meaningful dashboards
• Understanding of financial concepts and cash flow analysis
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets (millions of records)
• Self-motivated with continuous learning mindset

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools (understanding of tools like Mixpanel a plus)
• Basic understanding of machine learning and forecasting models
• SQL and database querying skills
• Experience with data cleaning and normalization techniques

Highly Preferred:

• Previous experience in fintech or financial services
• Background in data science or machine learning projects
• Experience building customer-facing analytics products
• Understanding of SaaS business metrics and KPIs
• Familiarity with modern data stack and cloud platforms
