Job Opportunity – Procurement Officer

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Company: M&H Builders & Developers

M&H Builders & Developers, a reputed construction and civil engineering firm, is hiring a qualified and experienced Procurement Officer to manage material purchasing, vendor coordination, and logistics for ongoing construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for the best quality and price.

  • Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, and procurement reports.

  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.

  • Coordinate with project, accounts, and store teams for material planning and cost control.

  • Maintain vendor databases, material rate lists, and purchase tracking.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or Civil Engineering).

  • Minimum Experience: 5 years in procurement (construction or contracting firm preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / procurement software.

  • Good knowledge of local market materials and suppliers.
