Job Purpose:

The Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in day-to-day activities, including vendor management, documentation, data entry, and assisting in procurement processes. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to procurement systems, organizational policies, and supply chain management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, and supporting bid evaluations.

  • Support in maintaining procurement records, files, and documentation.

  • Help update vendor databases and contact lists.

  • Assist in drafting Purchase Requests (PRs), and other related documents.

  • Coordinate with vendors for order status, delivery schedules, and invoice submissions.

  • Provide support in preparing procurement reports and tracking procurement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and procedures.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

  • Fresh or at 3-to-Six-month experience on similar role

  • Bachelors in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field

Skills.

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Proactive and efficient

  • Flexible and adaptable
