Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Shift Availability: Day Shift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | Night Shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

Work Week: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

As an International Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client's expansion into international markets. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers across the globe, understanding their needs, and promoting a diverse portfolio of high-quality vehicles. Your primary goal will be to generate sales, build relationships, and contribute directly to the team's revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and warm leads to potential international clients to sell vehicles.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales leads through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up to conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed predetermined monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize CRM tools diligently to log all customer interactions, update lead statuses, and manage sales activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to refine sales strategies and share market insights.
  • Stay informed on automotive market trends and customer preferences to effectively address needs.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A candidate with 6 months or more of experience in a sales or customer-facing role. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are non-negotiable.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging confidently with an international clientele.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software (CRM systems).

The Offer – Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed Basic Salary:
  • PKR 45,000 (for undergraduates)
  • PKR 50,000 (for graduates)
  • Night Shift Allowance: An additional PKR 15,000 for those working the night shift.
