Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our International Import Freight division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The key areas of responsibility include:

Sales Management

  • Develop and manage an independent sales unit focused on Import & Inland verticals.
  • Meet and exceed Sales Performance Indicators (SPI) and revenue targets.

  • Ensure compliance with the companys CRM system for self and the team.

  • Maintain strong follow-up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely recoveries.
  • Conduct joint customer visits with the team to enhance relationships and drive retention.

Business Development

  • Identify and engage with target customers across various industries to promote Orient Cargos services.
  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing customers to ensure business growth.
  • Expand market presence by identifying new verticals and revenue streams.

Reporting

  • Provide regular and timely performance reports to management as per SOPs.
  • Conduct periodic analysis of teams sales performance and growth trends.

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in Pakistans Freight Forwarding industry (Mandatory).
  • Excellent business communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Willingness to work extra hours if required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and TMS systems.

  • Experience in team leadership

Experience: 3 Years
Work Timings / Day:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 05:30 PM

Alternate Saturdays 09:00 AM - 02: 30 PM

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
