To make this successful, we need structured leadership development for our junior managers and team leads.

Role:

We are seeking an
experienced Leadership Trainer / Corporate Coach on a freelance or fractional basis
to design and deliver a structured training program that will help our junior staff transition into effective leadership roles.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and deliver customized training modules focused on leadership, communication, performance management, and decision-making.


• Coach and mentor junior team leads to prepare them for expanded responsibilities.


• Conduct workshops and real-scenario based coaching tailored to BPO and sales environments.


• Provide feedback frameworks and performance tracking methods to measure leadership growth.


• Work closely with the CEO to align training goals with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a
    corporate trainer, leadership coach
    , ideally with exposure to BPO.
  • Strong background in
    team building, people management, and process optimization
    .
  • Ability to engage teams with practical, results-driven training rather than just theory.
  • Available to work with us on a
    flexible / part-time / freelance basis
    (not a full-time position).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring early-career professionals.
