We are seeking a Business Development Representative (Outbound) with 6–12 months of experience in a call center or outbound sales environment. If you are passionate about cold calling, thrive in a high-energy sales setting, and are eager to take ownership of results, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of cold-calling agents to consistently meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to generate quality leads and new opportunities.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide training on sales scripts, objection handling, and communication best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set, track, and report on individual and team KPIs (call volume, lead quality, conversions).
  • Sales Contribution: Qualify leads for the sales team or close deals directly when possible.
  • Feedback & Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM and call-tracking systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to improve outreach strategies.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.

Experience & Requirements

  • 6–12 months of experience in a call center or outbound sales role
  • Familiarity with SEO or digital marketing campaigns (a plus)
  • Prior team leadership or management experience (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency with CRM software and call-tracking tools
  • Strong abilities in cold calling, lead generation, objection handling, and closing
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

  • Commission: 10% on closed deals
