We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef who specializes in Pakistani and Chinese cuisine and will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic ensuring the preservation of cultural flavors and cooking techniques and maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic traditional dishes according to established recipes.
  • Maintain the originality, taste, and presentation of cultural cuisine.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and provide training in traditional cooking methods.
  • Plan menus that highlight seasonal and regional ingredients.
  • Ensure food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed.
  • Control food costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with management to design special menus for cultural events, festivals, and guests.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Oversee food inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate on seasonal menu updates and new dish creation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Senior Line Cook in a professional kitchen
  • Expertise in Pakistani cuisine, including regional variations and traditional cooking techniques
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen budgeting, inventory control, and food safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 50,000 – Rs60,000 per month

Location: Ability to work on site at 3.5km Defense Road Lahore (Only candidates comfortable with this location should apply)
