About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned 
Finishing Expert
 with a strong background in 
interior and construction finishing
 for high-end residential and commercial real estate projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with hands-on expertise in 
design execution, finishing works, and on-site coordination
, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage finishing work for real estate developments including flooring, paint, ceilings, woodwork, metalwork, and fixtures.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of design specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the finishing process to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage site resources, resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to align interior execution with project vision and market positioning.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in 
    interior and construction finishing
    , ideally in 
    real estate development
     or high-end construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and installation practices.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, teams, and vendors effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with projects in 
    Karachi
     and understanding of local regulations, materials, and workforce is preferred.
