Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate / Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth across multiple service verticals including legal tech, student consultancy, and immigration services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, understands the power of digital transformation, and can effectively pitch services to both B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients including individuals, law firms, corporate clients, and educational consultancy seekers.
  • Represent Attornea at meetings, webinars, and networking events to promote platform features and service offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new sales and partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and tech teams to align product offerings with client needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the operations and legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Meet monthly KPIs in terms of lead generation, conversions, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field (MBA preferred for Manager role).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both English & Urdu).
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, startups, or legal/consultancy domains is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and team collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and productivity apps.
