Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive with strong expertise in the UK energy market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sustainable growth through sales, partnerships, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years of UK energy sales/business development experience, with a proven track record of meeting targets and building long-term client trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the UK energy market.
- Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and achieve company growth targets.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs (sales, client acquisition, retention).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the UK energy sector to stay competitive.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, delivering excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven business development/sales experience in the UK energy market (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric and growth-driven approach.
- Ability to work in evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
