Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage communication between different teams and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to ongoing projects.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing calendars for team members.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are promptly addressed.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to internal and external requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
