Coordinator to manage our online presence and support our business development efforts.

This role blends content creation (short videos, graphics, posts) with marketing outreach (calls, emails, engagement) to strengthen our brand visibility and connect with healthcare providers.

  • ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, edit/make video shorts & reels, and repurpose content for different channels.
  • Brand Marketing: Develop campaigns to increase awareness of our services within the healthcare community.
  • Engagement & Growth: Monitor analytics, track engagement, and adjust strategies for growth.
  • Outreach & Communication: Write professional emails, craft marketing copy, and make outreach calls to prospective clients.

  • Collaboration: Work with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

  • QualificationsProven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable making outreach calls and engaging with prospective clients.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or medical billing industry is a plus (but not required).

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
