Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, based in Islamabad. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding new team members, developing HR policies, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires maintaining alignment between the organization's goals and HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Culture Building
  • Experience in Performance Management, Policy Development, and Organizational Compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is beneficial
