Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

ATU Logistics is hiring Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representatives for our night shift team in Lahore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound international calls, assisting clients, providing shipment updates, and ensuring excellent customer support and sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and client communication.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM / call management systems.
  • Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and operations teams.
  • Promote company services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center / BPO / customer service role (US or Canada market preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and typing abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM tools.
  • Available for full-time night shift (on-site – Lahore).
