About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, resourceful, and solution-oriented
Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team. You'll be the go-to person when our customers need help - whether it's troubleshooting an issue, learning how to use a feature, or finding the right resources.

This role is all about
clear communication, problem-solving, and empathy
. You'll handle support tickets, live chats, and occasional training sessions, making sure every customer feels heard, understood, and confident using our products.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional calls with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating to our product or engineering teams when needed.
  • Guide customers through features, settings, and best practices so they get the most from our product.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and resolutions in our support system.
  • Spot recurring issues and share feedback with the product team to help improve the platform.
  • Create and update help articles, FAQs, and training materials to make support more scalable.
  • Act as a friendly, trusted partner - not just a "help desk."

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or help desk role (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you explain things simply and clearly.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to stay professional under pressure.
  • Highly organized with great follow-through - you don't leave customers hanging.
  • Comfortable using support and CRM tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and features.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with auto/truck repair software or working with small business customers.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, live chat, or customer knowledge base tools.
