We are looking for a results-driven Senior Email Marketer to lead and optimize our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing high-performing email campaigns, with a strong focus on driving engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Lead audience segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement.
  • Create compelling email content in collaboration with copywriters and designers.
  • Optimize email templates for performance, deliverability, and responsiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and prepare actionable reports.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, layouts, and CTAs.
  • Manage and grow email subscriber lists while ensuring GDPR/anti-spam compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and emerging email marketing trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in email marketing execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in email marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend improvements.
  • Knowledge of deliverability best practices, list hygiene, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, and digital marketing teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing templates.
  • Certifications in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing (HubSpot, Google, LinkedIn Learning).
