Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing strategies, specifically within the Klaviyo platform, and will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies and campaigns using Klaviyo.

  • Create engaging and personalized email content to drive customer engagement and sales.

  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.

  • Design and implement automated email workflows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase).

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve email marketing efforts.

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.

  • Ensure email marketing compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Klaviyo email marketing platform.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.

  • Experience with list segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in creating and managing automated email workflows.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce industry is a plus.
