About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the company's market position in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing).
  • Manage brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Plan and oversee marketing budgets and campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with the sales and product teams to support lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage marketing partnerships, PR, and corporate communications.
  • Oversee content creation including blogs, website copy, brochures, and case studies.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and present insights to the senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years of proven experience
    in marketing management (preferably in IT, software, or digital services).
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing tools
    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
