About the Role

Capital Smart City is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead its digital storytelling and online brand presence. In this role, you'll develop creative campaigns, strengthen engagement with audiences across Pakistan and overseas, and turn digital visibility into tangible business growth for one of the country's most innovative real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acomprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Plan, create, and manage impactful content that showcases smart living, innovation,luxury, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with launches, construction progress, and major events.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community that reflects the brand's tone and values.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, sales, and on-site teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization plans.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, track ROI, and generate qualified leads.
  • Partner with influencers and ambassadors to enhance brand reach and credibility.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activity to keep the brand content fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for established brands (real estate experience preferred).
  • Proven success in growing engagement and conversions through digital content.
  • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and visual coordination skills.
  • Strong command of tools likeHootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
  • Creative, analytical, and proactive mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of local and overseas Pakistani audiences and their digital preferences.
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and performance tracking.
