Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for experienced marketers passionate about social media strategy, paid campaigns, and audience engagement. You will manage, optimize, and analyze campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others, while creating engaging content that strengthens our brand presence and drives measurable results.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Content Strategy: Develop compelling content tailored to platform-specific audiences and campaign goals.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Paid Media Optimization: Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to inquiries, manage comments, and foster a positive online brand presence.
  • Trend Monitoring: Track social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns innovative.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage social media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor ad spend, audience targeting, and campaign performance; optimize for ROI.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and prepare actionable reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and research teams to align social media strategy with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Manage brand voice, consistency, and online reputation across all digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
