Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and tracking daily project activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Monitor project timelines and flag any delays or issues.
  • Communicate with team members to gather updates and support task completion.
  • Help in preparing project presentations and status reports.
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record management throughout the project cycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
