The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
National Sales Manager
to lead our snacks division. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
FMCG sales (6–8 years)
, preferably in the
snacks category
, with proven ability to build and manage nationwide distribution networks and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build, strengthen, and expand distribution channels across Pakistan.
- Lead and motivate a strong sales team to deliver consistent results.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and trade partners for seamless market execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6–8 years of FMCG sales experience,
with strong focus on snacks or related categories
. - Proven track record of managing
nationwide distribution and key accounts
. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage, inspire, and grow a sales team.
