About Us:

We operate a growing coffee shop along with an office nearby that handles roles such as data entry, customer service, and other support tasks. We are looking for a dependable and proactive HR & Operations Manager to act as our main point of contact on the ground, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop and office team.
  • Handle recruitment: job postings, interviews, hiring, onboarding.
  • Manage employee exits: terminations, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain attendance records, work schedules, and staff discipline.
  • Ensure staff follow company policies and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Act as the main link between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback where necessary.
  • Assist with purchasing and vendor coordination for the coffee shop when required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or operations management (hospitality or retail experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and people-management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (attendance tracking, scheduling, reporting).
