𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
•
Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations: recruitment support, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, performance appraisals, promotions, offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
• Oversee policy implementation; review and revise employee handbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Serve as point of contact for employee queries, grievances, disciplinary actions.
• Work with management to resolve conflict issues.
• Ensure clear communication of HR policies, benefits, performance expectations.
• Assist in salary / benefits reviews; benchmarking compensation vs market.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, standardization.
• Drive HR projects and initiatives (system upgrades, new tools, process redesign).
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
•
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's / relevant certification (e.g. SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience of
4 years of experience in HR roles, at least some in HR operations.
• knowledge of
Strong understanding of local labour laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Strong communication (written & verbal).
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Leadership skills; coaching and development of team members.
