Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technical Project Manager located in Islamabad. The IT Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing IT projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and comply with quality standards. Daily tasks include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Project management experience and skills in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects
  • Strong knowledge of resource allocation, risk management, and budget control
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus
  • Experience in the staffing or technology consulting industry is beneficial
