Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Field Sales Agent to promote and sell Umrah packages to individuals, families, mosques, and community organizations. This role involves direct field engagement, client relationship building, and closing sales through face-to-face interactions. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Islamic pilgrimage services and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to the Muslim community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including sub-agents, corporate groups, and partner travel agencies, and onboard them as sales partners.
- Promote tailored Umrah packages and associated services such as visa facilitation, accommodation, flights, and transportation to meet the needs of business clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive repeat bookings and foster long-term business collaborations.
- Conduct in-person sales visits and presentations, and lead negotiations on group pricing and contractual agreements.
- Keep partners informed about ongoing promotions, seasonal package updates, and changes in travel regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and visa processing teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery for all B2B bookings.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support product development and competitive pricing strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client communications, account performance, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Umrah or broader travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Umrah procedures, visa regulations, and travel package components.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
