Sky IT Services is a growing tech company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer Associate (Onsite) to help us expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the IT or software industry.

What You'll Do

  • Drive growth: Identify new business opportunities, research market trends, and find potential clients to expand our reach.
  • Generate leads: Proactively engage with potential customers through channels like LinkedIn, Upwork, and cold emailing.
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Strategize and sell: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. This includes preparing compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure our strategies are aligned and our goals are met.

What You'll Bring

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Business Developer in the IT or software industry will be a plus, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
