Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Final Expense Verifiers located in Islamabad. The Final Expense Verifiers will be responsible for verifying final expenses for clients, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing final expense claims, validating claimant information, coordinating with other departments to resolve discrepancies, and providing timely and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently

Proficiency in using standard office software and databases

Experience in insurance, finance, or related field is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
