What You'll Do:

  • Present and close final expense insurance policies over the phone.
  • Educate clients on plan options, premiums, and benefits
  • Build rapport and trust with each prospect
  • Follow up with interested prospects and provide top-tier customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance or high-ticket sales
  • Active life insurance license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
  • Strong closing ability and ethical sales approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline
  • CRM experience a plus

Verifiers

What You'll Do:

  • Verify customer information post-sale for compliance and quality assurance
  • Confirm understanding of policy terms and benefits with clients
  • Ensure all regulatory disclosures are made
  • Assist with paperwork or application reviews as needed
  • Maintain accurate call records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance
  • Previous experience in a call center, insurance, or customer service preferred
  • Professional phone presence and reliability
