About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Final Expense Closers and Verifiers. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with clients, and ensure smooth verification and closing of leads. You will play a key part in helping families secure their final expense coverage while delivering a professional and supportive experience.

Responsibilities:


• Engage with potential clients over the phone and present Final Expense insurance plans clearly and effectively


• Verify client information and ensure all compliance requirements are met


• Handle objections confidently and close sales opportunities


• Work closely with team leads and licensed agents to ensure smooth transitions


• Maintain accurate records of calls, verifications, and completed sales

Requirements:


• Prior experience in sales or call center operations preferred (Final Expense experience is a plus)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to handle calls in a professional and persuasive manner


• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
